Use one tsp. per 8oz. of 190 degree water and steep for 5 minutes. Re-steep the same leaves again as desired.
Ingredients: Apple pieces, orange peels, lemongrass, sea buckthorn, berries, rose hip peels, chicory root, whitethorn leaves, willow herb, marshmallow leaves, mallow leaves, cinnamon sticks, blackthorn berries.

I received a sample of this with my order of Wintergreen tea (my personal favorite). I married recently and my new 10 year old son has asthma. He woke up with a severe asthma attack one morning that was so bad we had to take him to the ER. While my husband was getting dressed I made a large cup of this brew and had my son start drinking it. By the time we got to the hospital, he was breathing MUCH better. We still took him, but he did not have to be admitted and it wasn’t as bad as it had been in the past. I highly recommend this and will be keeping some on hand from now on. It was literally a life saver!!!! And it tastes fantastic too. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you for this tea!
