In China whole green leaf tea are traditionally scented with Jasmine flowers placed within their layers. The petals are harvested during the day and stored cool at night in order to bloom and unfold their full fragrance. The tea has a light, slightly yellow color and intense bouquet of jasmine.
Steeping Instructions: 1 tsp. Tea leaves for 8 oz. of 175 degree water. Steep for 4 minutes then re-steep with the same leaves as desired.
